The Firm was formed in 1929 by the late William H. Thompson, a prominent Indianapolis attorney, under the name of Thompson Rabb & Stevenson. Following a tradition of identifying itself with its most senior members, the Firm became Hackman Hulett & Cracraft, LLP in 1998. The Firm provides high quality legal services in business-oriented practice areas on a cost-efficient and timely basis.

The Firm represents corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, governmental and other types of organizations engaged in a variety of business activities and handles trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, hearings before state and federal administrative agencies, as well as arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, the Firm represents individuals in connection with estate planning and administration, charitable giving and guardianships.
