Hahnah is an associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of corporations and individuals in environmental regulatory compliance matters, environmental litigation matters, and federal and state environmental enforcement actions. Her expertise extends to a wide variety of environmental regulatory schemes including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Clean Air Act and state counterparts.
