Our firm began in 1976 as Hailey, McNamara, McNamara and Hall, and in 1982 the firm became Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larmann & Papale, L.L.P. when one of its partners, A. J. McNamara, was appointed a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana. A former colleague, Kurt D. Engelhardt, has served as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana since 2001, and another former colleague, Michael P. Mentz, took the bench in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson in 2013.
Hailey McNamara provides aggressive, experienced and innovative representation to all of its clients, including corporations, insurers, manufacturers and professionals, which face complex lawsuits that demand the most rigorous defense.
