| Biography | Hali Ziff is a partner with Golsan Ziff & Ziff. Graduating law school in 1986, Ms. Ziff has more than 20 years experience in the practice of law. When Ms. Ziff started practicing family law in 2004, she was an experienced and successful negotiator and litigator, handling mostly complex business and real property cases in state and federal courts, including appellate work, and representing institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Ms. Ziff represents family law clients in complex litigation and settlement negotiations involving both custody and financial issues. In addition to the depth of her legal experience, Ms. Ziff also brings to her practice many years of working directly with children, young adults and persons with developmental disabilities and serving on committees and Boards of Directors for several non profit corporations. |
