Our practice concentration is civil litigation with extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability and workers' compensation.

Our senior partners have over 60 years of combined experience litigating cases throughout the State of Florida in state and federal courts and on all appellate levels. Our attorneys and staff reflect Florida's rich mixture of cultures. We are a service-oriented firm that is committed to providing representation to our clients through regular and effective communication. Experience has taught us that to best serve our clients we need to break from the traditional, rigid structure that most law firms employ. We have implemented a structure that is tailored to insuring that we meet each clients' unique needs in a timely and effective manner.

We employ in-house registered nurses who can quickly and efficiently evaluate medical issues that arise in our litigation. Our experienced associate attorneys and paralegals assist the partners in evaluating and managing the intricacies of each case. We have an in-house appellate staff that provides support in thoroughly researching and analyzing each case. Over the years, we have developed close working relationships with expert witnesses in virtually every field. These resources allow us to be tough, aggressive and to move cases towards resolution whether through trial, settlement or alternative resolution. Our years of experience and tough-minded advocacy frequently enables us to reach a timely and successful resolution with opposing lawyers through negotiation and settlement. But, we will not hesitate to proceed to trial when it is in the best interest of the client.
