Headquartered in Atlanta, HBSS maintains with regional offices throughout the Southeast. HBSS has expanded our service internationally by opening an office in Tbilisi, Georgia.

With over 200 attorneys and staff, we provide the legal counsel associated with a larger law firm and the personal attention and effectiveness of a smaller firm. Nationally and internationally, we offer our clients personal and professional expertise resulting from our own experience as local, state, and federal government officials; service in various branches of the military; and memberships and leaderships in community, state, and federal committees. Our attorneys have extensive experience speaking and/or serving as panelists at industry related events, authoring articles and various white papers for industry and trade publications, conducting continuing legal education seminars, and serving on boards of professional industry and trade organizations.

Our clients range from individuals to governments and government agencies as well as domestic and international companies. We work hard to anticipate, advise, and assist our clients throughout the entire legal process.
