Hallie practices in the environmental and energy law fields. She represents electric utility and other clients on a range of compliance matters, including permitting, rulemaking, and enforcement actions. She also has experience in the areas of renewable energy, business transactions, and natural resource and land use planning. Hallie counsels clients on issues arising under the Federal Power Act, the Clean Water Act, the Coastal Zone Management Act, the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Policy Act and similar state and local regulatory schemes.
