Mr. Nguyen is a member of the Litigation Services Department. He concentrates his practice in general commercial litigation and has experience in large and complex financial services litigation, construction industry litigation, breach of contract and real estate litigation. Areas Of Experience Litigation Matters · Counsel for Midwest window manufacturer defending product liability claims in a series of substantial construction defect cases. · Counsel for lenders and borrowers in workout matters, foreclosure actions and bankruptcy proceedings. · Counsel for one of the underwriter defendants in In re: Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation, a multidistrict securities class action in federal court in the Southern District of New York, in which plaintiffs claim that hundreds of initial public offerings and aftermarkets were manipulated by alleged industry-wide practices. · Counsel for multiple real estate developers in matters ranging from land disputes to the development of a high rise luxury condominium in Philadelphia. · Counsel for property owners and property managers in landlord-tenant disputes, zoning hearings and general litigation matters. · Represented brokerage firm in shareholder dispute with off-shore captive insurance syndicate.
