•Defended largest retail mall owner and employee, who was personally named as a defendant, against negligence claims in a slip-and-fall case. Obtained grant of summary judgment in favor of employee.
•Prosecuted mechanic's lien claim and obtained settlement award on behalf of contractor client.
•Briefed and argued motion to enforce arbitration agreement in Kansas state court on behalf of national financial institution and obtained order compelling plaintiff to arbitrate dispute with favorable results.
