A family oriented legal practice comprising four generations of Attorneys-at-Law including: W.H.A. Hanschell, Q.C. M.A. (Oxon) Barrister-at-Law and leading Silk on the Island, 1953-1983; Justice A.J.H. Hanschell C.M.G. M.A. (Oxon) Puisne Judge of Barbados, 1957-1975 and Sir Herbert Greaves, Representative for the parish of St. John in the House of Assembly and Chief Justice of Barbados, 1902-1925. John H. Hanschell and Carol Hanschell assumed the client portfolio upon the retirement of W.H.A. Hanschell, Q.C. in 1983. To date the firm has grown and expanded its services into much wider areas to encompass almost every aspect and facet of Commercial and Company Law.
The firm is a member of the International Bar Association and International Trademark Association.
