Our personal injury and business litigation lawyers effect significant positives for Arizona. We represented Arizona against El Paso Gas, producing important gas utility concessions including natural gas infrastructure upgrades and funding for Low Income Energy Assistance Program. We produced the largest sex discrimination class action settlement and the largest age discrimination verdict in Arizona.
