Harley F. Pinson received his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 1977 and his B.A. in political science from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1973. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Harley's practice is concentrated in domestic and international business transactions. Before joining KDG, he spent the majority of his career with Occidental Petroleum Corporation as a Managing Counsel for Occidental's domestic and international operations.
