Harold M. Blinderman brings over 20 years of experience representing clients in the areas of environmental, land use law and public utility. He regularly represents companies in siting, permitting, compliance, transactional, and enforcement matters at the federal and state level. Harold's experience includes environmental permitting compliance and litigation matters involving the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Air Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and other federal and state environmental statutes.
