Harrell and Harrell was very professional. I worked with Joan, their legal assistant, and she was very courteous and returned all calls in a timely matter. They worked with doctors in the area to get me the best healthcare that could be provided at no initial cost to me. They strived to get me the best settlement possible. Once a negotiation was reached, Joan helped to expedite the check as we were in the process of leaving town to attend our daughter's wedding. We got the check in time to go.

The firm kept us informed all threw the process. Everyone at the firm was always nice and very helpful. Our lawyer made sure we were involved in every step and decision that was made.The Firm was responsive to my needs as a client.The Firm provides prompt,efficient and effective service

They were very helpful with explaining everything that goes on. And at any time I had a question they would answer it before the day was out.

I feel they are only concerned about cash claims, they do not care if there is negligence, fraud or mismanagement of reports. Harrell and Harrell is only concerned about their 30% of the settlement.

After Harrell & Harrell had already put in quite a few billable hours they informed us that our case would require a TX-licensed attorney. They provided us with 2 contacts and did not bill us anything at all. Our case would have been worth a considerable sum of money for them if they would have been able to help us with our case. We would not hesitate to avail us of their services should the need arise.
