Harrison Lee concentrates his practice in employment and labor matters. Mr. Lee represents employers in state and federal courts and before governmental agencies in virtually all aspects of employment and labor law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Mr. Lee advises clients on litigation avoidance and compliance with federal and state employment statutes. While in law school, Mr. Lee served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing, Analysis and Oral Advocacy Program and was also an associate editor for the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Mr. Lee served as co-president of the Asian and Pacific American Law Students Association.
