Bud Rubin concentrates his practice in federal and state taxation law and estate planning and administration. He is a member of the State and Local Tax Committee of the American Bar Association's Tax Section, and is the former chairman of the Tax Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is on the board of editors of the Journal of Multistate Taxation, and is a former member of the executive committee and former chairman of the National Association of State Bar Tax Sections. Bud is also a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.
