Transactions Participated in negotiations in the Suez Canal Zone in 1974 in the wake of the Yom Kippur War leading to the removal of ships sunk in the Suez Canal during the Yom Kippur War; represented a consortium of 80 companies involved in the reconstruction Kuwait and its oil fields in the Wake of Operation Desert Storm; represented a major U. S. international insurance company in developing indemnity agreements, constructions bonds and guaranties which were used with contractors in 12 countries in Europe and the Mid-East; represented the lead insurer in the adjustment of the business interruption claims of the Titan !V rockets manufacturer when the solid rocket fuel manufacturing plant in Henderson, Nevada was destroyed in an explosion.
