Hassan A. Alkhater

The firm was established in January, 1992. The proprietor, Hassan Alkhater was the first registered Qatari lawyer to have obtained a Master Degree in Law from a Western University. He is the first Qatari to have worked for two international law firms, Trowers and Hamlins in Oman and Clyde & Co., in Dubai. He was also the Senior Legal Advisor and Company Secretary in Gulf Air, Bahrain.

The office concentrates on serving international companies which are carrying out business in Qatar and advises on all aspects of corporate, commercial and civil laws both contentious and non-contentious and provides a full range of corporate and commercial legal services to its clients in connection with the structuring, formation, financing and operation of investment vehicles.
