    Hayward Draper has practiced in Litigation since graduating with honors from Harvard Law School in 1976. Presently, he is actively practicing in both Iowa and Michigan. Hayward's trial and appellate practice in both states focuses on the areas of health care, professional malpractice, insurance, fraud, and antitrust litigation. However, Hayward also has experience in the areas of administrative hearings, arbitrations, business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, environmental litigation, insurance coverage, intellectual property litigation, product liability, and all types of personal injury and tort defense work.
