French and U.S. immigration, Work visas to France, Intercompany transfers to France and to the U.S., Investment in France and U.S., French and U.S. administrative law, Family Immigration to France and to the U.S., French and U.S. citizenship issues, naturalizations, French civil and commercial litigation, debt collection in France, international commercial law, serving the needs of persons residing abroad requiring French law assistance, and persons residing in France requiring on U.S. law assistance. Our principal area of activity concerns French and U.S. administrative law regarding the transfer of persons intending to reside in France. We are equipped with both French and U.S.-trained lawyers and can advise on a wide range of issues and transactions, with a particular focus on immigration and residency rights in France and in the U.S. respectively. In light of our dual U.S.-French law capacity we are intimately familiar with litigation questions which may arise between the two countries, and present petitions before the French court for recognition of foreign (and particularly, U.S.) judgments in France.
