| Biography | Originally from Bay Roberts, Newfoundland and Labrador, Heather received her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2009. While at law school, Heather received a Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship and the Canada Law Book Limited Prize for achieving the highest mark in Torts Law. Prior to attending law school, Heather completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Dalhousie University.
