| Biography | Heather M. Ellis is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in various types of secured and unsecured credit facilities. She also represents clients in various types of commercial contracts and other general corporate matters. Ms. Ellis's experience includes the representation of major regional and national banks in connection with all areas of financing transactions, a hospital system in a refinancing of a bond issuance and a leading company in the field of regenerative medicine in a $50 million Series "B" round equity financing, among others. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ellis clerked for The Honorable Mitchel Ostrer of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
