Ms. Nason is a member of Rogers Towers' Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, sale and development of commercial property, including warehouses, large scale projects, retail shopping centers, and office buildings. She also counsels clients on the development of residential and non-residential subdivisions, leasing and title matters. Additionally, Ms. Nason practices in commercial lending, advising special asset managers and various business divisions within national and regional lending institutions in the areas of loan closings, loan restructuring, loan sales and assignments, REO property, foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, including work in Commercial Mortgage - Backed (CMBS) loans.
