| Biography | Heather V. Taylor is a member of the firm's Business & Financial Services Litigation Group. She has handled all phases of complex commercial litigation appearing in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Heather has participated in civil jury and bench trials and argued before appellate courts. Her cases have involved many different areas of the law, including financial services, sales practices, health care and telecommunications law. Heather's practice focuses both on the defense of large clients in class actions, as well as the representation of smaller companies and individuals in general business litigation. She has represented financial services companies, insurance companies, hospitals and telecommunications companies in federal and state courts and in arbitrations. Heather recently assisted a Bankruptcy Trustee in recovering millions of dollars of estate assets related to a Ponzi scheme.
