Helen Aertker Schultz is an Associate in the Firm's Real Estate Department.
Ms. Schultz's practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions involving properties throughout the United States. Her practice includes commercial property acquisitions and dispositions representing both purchasers and sellers in single property and portfolio transactions. She also specializes in commercial retail leasing representing both landlords and tenants in shopping centers, enclosed malls, strip centers, outlets and stand-alone properties. Her clients are diversified but consist mainly of national and "big-box" retail tenants and high profile Real Estate Investment Trusts. She actively represents a national retailer in its aggressive acquisition of temporary holiday locations throughout the country.
Ms. Schultz is a Member of the Firm's Hiring Committee, Professional Relations Committee and Women's Group.
