Professional Experience Helen Harris is a partner in the Commercial Litigation department, whose work involves securities and other commercial litigation and government investigations. She has represented individuals and companies in connection with investigations by regulatory agencies and federal and state authorities. She has also represented companies in connection with securities class actions, other federal and state commercial litigations, and internal investigations. Helen served as law clerk to The Honorable Reena Raggi, then in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Helen serves as chair of the Firm's Pro Bono Committee.
