Hellström law firm was established in 1991 and has since then been expanding - at present 31 lawyers are working in the firm. From being a boutique firm well versed in banking and finance, Hellström now offers full range services within all fields of Swedish and international business law.
The members of Hellström have a wide range of experience from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, IT, intellectual property, insolvency and restructuring, real estate and environmental law, Internet law as well as stock market regulations and investment banking, having provided advice for several European and North American investment banks and multinational corporations for a number of years.
