Henry Chan's litigation practice focuses on insurance law and general commercial disputes. His work on insurance matters includes coverage opinions and dispute resolution. Henry's commercial litigation experience includes drafting pleadings and other legal documents, negotiating settlements, and advising clients throughout the litigation process. Henry also advises corporations and individuals on immigration matters and assists with temporary and permanent entry into Canada and the US.
