The companies are engaged in a wide range of industries, and include emerging growth companies and mature companies with revenues in excess of $2 Billion. These companies are located in the United States and in foreign companies, such as Canada, Israel and China. His specialties include merger and acquisitions, private and public financings (debt and equity) and corporate governance. His clients include investment banks and placement agents in corporate finance transactions.
