Since January 2010 Henry Kuller has been the firm's Asia Liaison Partner, based principally in the firm's Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, while maintaining an active corporate law practice in Asia and in the United States. Mr. Kuller is also the Chief Representative of the firm's Shanghai office, and co-chaired the firm's Corporate Department for many years. He has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2011. Mr. Kuller has counseled owners and management of privately held businesses across a diverse range of highly sensitive and complex personal, business, and legal issues, as well as international joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, manufacturing agreements, and distribution arrangements in the US, Hong Kong, mainland China, Mexico, and Canada.
