| Biography | Henry S. Stillwell joined Rathje & Woodward, LLC in 1975, and became a member in 1980. During his career, he has focused on various areas of real estate law, including commercial transactions, land use entitlements, and associated tax incentive financing.
He serves as legal counsel for numerous developers, builders and retailers on single and mixed use development projects, as well as for numerous municipalities in DuPage, Cook, Kane, Will and Kendall Counties. He has remained active in local and state building associations, as a member, director, and legal counsel for over 25 years.
