Instead of proofreading the jury instructions with co counsel the night before closing arguments and releasing the case to the jury, he chose to drink and party without reading instructions. The prosecutor changed one sentence to read "and/or" overnight. With that change my husband was found guilty because as it read - there was no choice but to convict. This should have been prosecutor misconduct as well!
