About this office:
Hightower, Stratton, Wilhelm is comprised of 23 attorneys and 14 supporting paralegals. We pride ourselves on teamwork and pair up an attorney and paralegal to form specific industry practice groups. Every individual offers a unique quality that attributes to the firm's continued growth and success. Of the 23 attorneys in the firm, we are proud that 65% of them are minorities. Not only do we employ the best attorneys Florida has to offer, we also employ those that truly represent the diverse culture of our state.
Hightower, Stratton, Wilhelm is a medium sized law firm. Our size allows us to be dynamic by being large enough to handle complex multi-party litigation, yet small enough to ensure personal attention and relationships with our corporate business partners.
We are honored to be listed with Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards among the nation's top law firms in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers. Additionally, we are acknowledged and listed in A.M. Best Company Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Hine's Insurance Counsel Directory of Insurance and Transportation Attorneys.
In 1992, this law firm was founded by the firm's managing partner, Dale R. Hightower, a trial attorney with real courtroom experience in the areas of corporate and insurance defense. Throughout the years, the firm's attorneys have tried over 250 jury trials in courthouses throughout Florida. With four strategic office locations in Florida (Miami, Orlando, Tampa Bay, and West Palm Beach), our business partners can utilize the full spectrum of services through our commitment to statewide coverage.
Due to our passion and commitment by "resisting the ordinary" in strategy and execution, we have been retained by some of the biggest names in corporate America. Over the years we have saved our business partners millions of dollars with defense verdicts and low settlements on significant exposure cases involving Premises Liability and Transportation Negligence, amongst other practice areas. We encourage you to inquire as to the effectiveness of our lawyers by requesting the numerous recommendation letters written by executives from many of America's leading corporations.
We are also attractive to ambitious companies because of our creative and efficient methods of conducting business. We've upgraded technologically to compete in today's marketplace. For instance, our approach to defense utilizes the most sophisticated methodologies in compelling courtroom presentations including animation and multimedia. And, our attorneys are instantly accessible through their Blackberry phones and can respond to your company's needs at the touch of a button.
Besides legal work, we volunteer each year to build houses for Habitat For Humanity and to help the less fortunate by offering food and toy donations. Our attorneys are involved with individual charitable projects and understand the need to make Florida a better place.
