In Harvey v. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, 69 So. 3d 300 (Fla. 4th DCA 2011), the Fourth District Court of Appeals held that plaintiff bank, as holder of a note indorsed in blank, established its standing to foreclose due to its status as note holder, regardless of any recorded assignments.
