Organizationally, the Firm is divided into three sections: Business, Litigation and Real Estate. Attorneys from different sections of our Firm regularly collaborate with one another to serve clients and provide multifaceted solutions. Our team-oriented approach allows us to deliver the right blend of legal expertise to solve challenging legal problems - efficiently, effectively and enthusiastically.

Our objective in serving a client is to (i) fashion the most practical, business-like solution to the legal problem presented, (ii) give rapid turnaround and use the most appropriate level of legal expertise for the project and (iii) complete the project within budget.

The firm handles matters involving commercial real estate, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, intellectual property, tax planning and protest, family law, health law, retirement plans, partnership matters, including syndications, tax-exempt and taxable financings, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, securities and antitrust law, mergers, acquisitions, zoning, environmental law, and employment relations.
