Aviation Litigation: The firm's practice in aviation litigation includes personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of careless or negligent aircraft operation or maintenance, insurance claims, FAA certificate violations, labor disputes involving the contractual rights of airline employees, and similar aviation-related matters.
