E-VERIFY: Federal Rule Suspended until at least May 21, 2009

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has agreed to suspend the effective date of a new rule that would mandate federal contractors to use the Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify) system to verify the immigration status of all new and existing employees.
