Holland, Ray, Upchurch & Hillen, P.A. was founded in 1931 by Sam Lumpkin in Tupelo, Mississippi and was organized as the current professional association in 1980. The firm consists of nine attorneys and offers a comprehensive range of legal services to meet the diversified needs of its clients in the North Mississippi area, as well as, national clients in the insurance industry. The firm's areas of practice include medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, banking and corporate law, communications and media law, estate planning, probate law and general civil litigation. The firm encourages its members to be actively involved in leadership roles in the community and legal profession, and these have included presidency of The Mississippi Bar and Mississippi Bar Foundation, as well as, the presidencies of local, regional and national legal organizations.
