 | Holly Johnsen HoehnerPartner Ms. Hoehner’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and securities matters. She is experienced in handling various complex business transactions from conception to execution, such as in-licensing and out-licensing of software and other intellectual property, purchasing and selling businesses and their products and services, and drafting and negotiating agreements integral to business operations. She also specializes in ethics and corporate compliance matters, especially in the areas of healthcare fraud & abuse and federal lobbying & election law compliance. Previously, Ms. Hoehner was assistant general counsel at Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc., a publicly traded multinational pharmaceutical company, where she handled several joint venture and acquisition transactions, and worked closely with the purchasing, sales and marketing, research and development, and operations departments to prepare, review and negotiate agreements for the supply of components, sale of finished products, contract manufacturing, and clinical trials, among others. In addition to practicing in the above described areas, Ms. Hoehner designed, developed and implemented a worldwide ethics and corporate compliance program and served as chair of Taro’s compliance committee.
