Likewise, HRO relies on several networks of international legal experts at preeminent local firms throughout the world. Combined, our internal and external resources provide us with access to legal resources in markets throughout the world, including, for example, key markets for IT and business process outsourcing services such as India, Eastern Europe, and more recently China.

The technology and intellectual property transactions we handle are often complex and demand close collaboration among the other practice groups within our firm. For each new transaction, we collaborate with our client to assess their strategy, expectations, and requirements. We then field a team of attorneys who can understand the transaction and the relevant technology, as well as the client’s broader business and strategy. Throughout our relationship, the attorneys in our TIP Transactions Practice work closely with the attorneys in our broader Intellectual Property Group. We also draw on experience from our other practice groups in areas such as corporate law and securities, tax, antitrust, bankruptcy and litigation to assist on particular issues. Our team-based approach provides the flexibility necessary to deploy the right resources for each transaction, in and efficient and effective manner, with minimum ramp-up time.
