Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues' roots reach back through a number of predecessor firms to the early 1940's when founder, Byron E. Holzfaster, entered the practice of law. Byron E. Holzfaster, Thomas C. Cecil and Daniel H. McKnight have retired, but Attorney Robert L. Mues and his colleagues continue to conduct a diversified general practice with particular emphasis in estate administration and planning, business law, personal injury litigation and matrimonial law. The attorneys, along with a support staff of 11, are dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services, coupled with sensitivity to the client's individualized needs. The firm has successfully pursued cases through the various state and appellate courts as well as the Ohio Supreme Court resulting in precedent setting decisions. Firm members are active in professional organizations including local, state and national bar associations.
