Admitted to practice in Delaware and New York, he is a former chairman of both the Committee on Civil Practice Laws and Rules and the Subcommittee on Class Action Legislation of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Kristol served a judicial clerkship to the Hon. Collins J. Seitz, Chancellor of the State of Delaware, and as special counsel to William J. Casey, chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He is a 1962 graduate of Harvard Law School and a graduate of Harvard College.
