    Howard Miller joined Keller and Heckman in 2011 and is an associate with the firm's litigation practice.

    Mr. Miller has extensive engineering, legal and business experience. He has a proven record of entrepreneurship successfully leading large-scale initiatives from inception through delivery. In addition, Mr. Miller has experience with all aspects of business ventures, including marketing, product development, systems deployment and staffing in both the United States and Europe.

    Mr. Miller holds several patents for compact disc labeling devices. In addition, his Rocky Mountain Traders, Ltd was included in the London Times Fast Track 100 list of fastest growing British companies.

    Mr. Miller has been involved in a number of significant representations including, United States v. Swanson, Hoffman v. American Express Travel Related Services, Inc. and Martin v. Merrill Lynch.
