Professional Experience
Howard Yuan counsels clients on a broad range of government contracts legal issues, including federal bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Court of Federal Claims and litigations under the False Claims Act.
Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Yuan was an associate in the government contracts practice of an international law firm. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Yuan served as a financial analyst at Lockheed Martin and was a General Brent Scowcroft Award Fellow at The Aspen Institute's Aspen Strategy Group.
