HM&H is an Albanian independent law firm focused on business law. We render high standard legal advice to foreign investors and assist them to proficiently invest in the Albanian environment. Founded in December 2003 by Mr. Andi Memi, Mr. Shpati Hoxha and Mr. Eris Hoxha, the firm has since then provided a wide range of legal services to prominent domestic and international companies, thus acquiring an ever-growing reputation for professionalism and diligence.

The firm and its members have rendered professional services to the Albanian government and several national and international institutions in regulatory reforms during the process of drafting policy options, laws and regulations.
The firm's members currently act as local counsels to the World Bank in the context of the Doing Business Project.
HM&H is also active in pro bono activities, and assists NGOs with legal advice on non-governmental/civil society sector projects, with special attention to child care.
