About this office:

Huddleston Bolen LLP is one of the largest and oldest firms in West Virginia. The firm was established in 1871 by Eustace Gibson, lawyer for railroad magnate Collis P. Huntington, who founded the city of Huntington.

Today, from offices in Huntington and Charleston, as well as Ashland and Louisville, KY, we offer a general civil and commercial practice emphasizing corporate, banking, litigation, transportation, tax, probate, labor, environmental, real estate, insurance, health care and mineral law.

Our lawyers are leaders in the bar, including four state bar presidents, four county bar presidents, two presidents of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and a President of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. Other firm members have served as officers and committee members in national, state and county bar associations. The diversity of the firm is complemented by its practice in four cities, each of which is a seat of a United States District Court.

Beginning just after the Civil War, we were serving West Virginia's leading executives and businesses. Today, we remain wherever our clients need us, providing skilled legal advice statewide, in Ohio, Kentucky and across the nation.
