The law firm of Carluzzo Rochkind & Smith, P.C. was founded in 1987 by three lawyers coming from varied backgrounds, but sharing a common strength - experience in the courtroom. One partner was a former criminal prosecutor, another criminal defense attorney and the third a civil trial attorney. In the ensuing twenty years the firm has grown through the addition of attorneys having similar trial experience. Carluzzo Rochkind & Smith has attracted legal talent from law firms large and small, plaintiff and defense. As our office has grown we have developed close ties to the community we serve.
