Among the clients in the telecommunications field are telephone equipment manufacturers, cellular radio ventures, cable television companies, radio common carriers, and interconnect telephone companies.
For one such client, a telephone systems manufacturer, we assisted in the formation of the corporation and distribution company, handled more than $20 million in private placements, successfully defended the company in a $42 million trade secret and patent infringement law suit, assisted in the development of an extensive distribution system, established the company's incentive stock option plans, helped develop its employee relations policies, represented the company in its initial public offering and subsequent merger with another technology-related public company, and provided counsel to the company in many other matters.
