Practice/Industry Group Overview
Records management, data governance, and litigation readiness are more important today than ever before. Legal requirements for records retention and information security compel companies to move beyond policy statements to demonstrable compliance. At the same time, the pervasiveness of e-discovery demands strategic and technological sophistication in deploying effective legal hold processes.
Our Records & Information Management group is an interdisciplinary team of attorneys, information technology experts, and records management professionals. Records & Information Management team members are at the forefront of the records management and e-discovery disciplines, with active involvement in the Association for Information and Image Management, the Association for Records Managers and Administrators, the Institute of Certified Records Managers, and the Sedona Conference.
We give clients the tools they need to create and sustain compliant processes for records retention, records management, data governance, and litigation readiness.
