Ian T. Clarke-Fisher is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, where he handles employment litigation matters and counsels clients on various employment law matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, noncompetition agreements, contracts, layoffs, and wrongful termination.
Previously, Mr. Clarke-Fisher was associated with Morrison Mahoney LLP, where he practiced employment law, professional liability, products liability, and general liability defense. He also served as a legal clerk in the Connecticut House of Representatives. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and a recipient of the Best Oralist Award in the Hastie Moot Court Competition. He also attended the University of Notre Dame Law School's London Summer Program.
